The year of 2011 brought challenges into my life...the challenge of accepting the fact that I'd lost my brother. Going through the grieving journey accompanied with the grieving of knowing I wouldn't be going to school in the fall, for the first time in 53 years, threw me for a loop for a while. Getting to spend more time with my mom was one of the reasons I wanted to retire, and seeing her at 87 years old, is an inspiration and is helping to shape me up when it comes to my own health issues. I would love to have another 30 years plus to keep Editing TLC going! SO....I have incorporated two 40-minutes sessions of exercise each day...that of riding two different exercise bikes.
What motivates me to exercise? Well, I wish I could tell you that I love it, but that isn't really the case. But checking it off in my health journal each day is one motivation. The other is that I use that time to talk on the phone, but more often, to listen to audio books. I thought this would be a good place to share my list of audio books.
